岗位职责
(1) Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic commercial partnerships with airlines, hotel groups, tourism boards, and local booking platforms across the GCC region, while tracking market trends and policies to support expansion strategies. (2) Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers across tourism authorities and major hospitality groups, aligning their business goals with company products to secure valuable resources and mutual growth. (3) Work closely with internal product, legal, and finance teams to adapt digital solutions for Middle Eastern user preferences, own the regional go-to-market strategy, and drive campaign execution. (4) Set up data mechanisms to track partnership metrics such as Gross Merchandise Value and conversion rates, optimizing deal performance while ensuring full compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
职位要求
(1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or a related field. (2) Five or more years of proven experience in business development or key account management focused on the Middle East and GCC region, specifically within travel, aviation, hospitality, or consumer internet sectors. (3) Deep understanding of local commercial practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory frameworks across Gulf markets. (4) Proven record of managing complex partnership deals across diverse cultural contexts and delivering strong commercial results. (5) Excellent negotiation and cross-cultural communication skills in business-level English, with proficiency in Arabic being an advantage. (6) Willingness to travel frequently within the GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Oman, and adapt to flexible working hours across time zones.
