Key Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the department's quality management system, with the goal of enhancing customer experience. Lead quality improvement by analyzing business scenarios and customer feedback, identifying and resolving product and operational issues that impact customer satisfaction. For major and cross-regional topics, coordinate with relevant teams to develop and implement effective solutions across service processes, business rules, merchant policies, and campaign design, ensuring continuous improvement of customer experience. Reasonably arrange subordinate staff and manage daily operations and personnel. Undertake unscheduled business trips to support QA work in different locations, including overseas teams. Complete other tasks assigned by the line manager. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above. Work Experience: Over 5 years of product operation or customer service management experience, with a minimum of 2 years in quality management. Professional Skills: Familiarity with Customer product operations and quality management standards; Excellent data analysis ability (Excel and SQL). Soft Skills: Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, capable of remaining calm under pressure; Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Language Skills: Proficiency in written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications: Project management experience is a plus.
