Responsible for the operations management of the vacation internationalization business, leading end-to-end project execution including scope definition, milestone planning, progress tracking, and risk management, while coordinating cross-functional teams across product, technology, and marketing to ensure efficient collaboration. Build and refine the business data analytics framework around core KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchase rate; continuously monitor business health and deliver periodic analytical reports. Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data across international markets—including user behavior, channel efficiency, and pricing strategies—to identify growth bottlenecks and opportunities, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. Lead cross-departmental projects by developing project plans and resource allocation strategies, driving key deliverables to completion on schedule, and ensuring alignment among all stakeholders. Perform market and competitive research in the international travel sector, uncovering destination trends, user preferences, and industry dynamics to deliver actionable strategic recommendations. Provide full-cycle data support for marketing campaigns—delivering audience insights and channel strategy recommendations pre-launch, monitoring key conversion funnels in real time during campaigns, and conducting post-campaign reviews across traffic, conversion, ROI, and other dimensions to distill reusable optimization methodologies and continuously improve campaign efficiency. Build and maintain project trackers, data dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track KPI achievement in real time, clearly communicating business progress and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce-related operations or project management. International work experience is a plus.
3. Strong project management capabilities, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
4. Demonstrated data analysis skills, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to transform raw data into clear, actionable business insights. Experience with BI tools or SQL is a plus.
5. A self-starter with excellent communication, execution, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
6. Strong prioritization and stress-management skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
