职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，5 年及以上整合营销经验，具有互联网、 OTA 或跨境电商背景者优先。

- Global Marketing Campaign Strategy: Oversee annual and phased marketing campaign planning for international business in key global markets (such as Europe and Asia Pacific). Gain deep insights into the differences in railway culture and consumption habits across countries, formulate precise market entry strategies and campaign positioning, and achieve multi-touchpoint penetration and user conversion growth within the platform through highly recognizable marketing tactics.
- End-to-End Growth and Resource Matrix Coordination: Deeply coordinate product, channel, and cross-departmental platform resources to build a regular and efficient collaborative mechanism. Keenly capture global travel trends and seasonal windows, plan and implement end-to-end, multi-platform resource penetration solutions, break down traffic barriers, and drive explosive growth in business GMV and global market share.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making and Effectiveness Loop: Establish a full lifecycle campaign monitoring and review system, deeply understand marketing effectiveness based on data, and maximize marketing ROI through dynamic adjustments and strategy iterations. Simultaneously, monitor global OTA industry dynamics and regional competitor strategies in real time to ensure the business maintains a leading position in the complex and ever-changing international railway market.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, 5+ years of integrated marketing experience, with preference given to candidates with backgrounds in internet, OTA, or cross-border e-commerce.
- Excellent English working skills, with cross-cultural communication sensitivity, and the ability to accurately identify the consumption pain points of users in different regions.
- Exceptional data sensitivity and logical reasoning ability, able to deduce business opportunities from complex data and transform them into quantifiable business outputs.
- Excellent project management and multi-tasking capabilities, able to maintain decision-making agility under high pressure and high dynamic environments.
