Job Responsibilities (In This Role, You’ll Get To) Represent Trip.Biz in SHA HQ, build cross-functional relationships and overseas market awareness Build a deep understanding of the corporate travel (TMC) industry through the structured 12-month cross-functional rotation across all six core business modules Drive meaningful projects with measurable business impact within each rotation module, supported by your mentor and rotation-leader. Complete a formal debrief presentation and peer review at the end of each rotation module. Collaborate with the Commercial, Product, and BI teams to gain full end-to-end business exposure and develop cross-functional relationships Job Scope: Build expert knowledge of Trip.Biz products, services, and the client lifecycle. Support the regional GM to grow the assigned market — spot operational inefficiencies and lead process, automation, and tooling improvements. Track regional business performance and build dashboards/reports that inform leadership decisions. Bridge HQ and the local market — turn central strategy into local execution plans, and channel market feedback back to HQ. Own a workstream in market strategic projects (market entry, product launches, client acquisition), coordinating stakeholders across time zones. Conduct market intelligence and competitive benchmarking to shape pricing, positioning, and strategic recommendations for regional and HQ leadership. Job Requirements (What You’ll Need to Succeed) Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution. A degree holder of Business-related (Economics, Finance, Business Analytics and equivalent), Information Systems or STEM (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Engineering, Technology Management) and equivalent fields are encouraged to apply. Overseas study background with 0–2 years of overseas work experience ; fresh international graduates also welcome, with a minimum of 6 months of cumulative internship experience. Near-native fluency in written and spoken English ( IELTS 8.0+ or TOEFL 110+ , or equivalent demonstrated) is required. Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 6) is required for day-to-day collaboration with the Shanghai HQ. Japanese speakers (JLPT N2+) are a priority given the Japan posting track. Must be willing and able to accept overseas posting upon successful completion of the program. Placement location includes (but is not limited to) Singapore, Malaysia or Japan . A genuine curiosity for international markets and comfort operating across cultures. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional and senior stakeholders. Ability to work with data, structure complex problems, identify insights, and communicate clear recommendations. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and multicultural business environment. Receptive to feedback and eager to stretch across functions.
