The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. The Payment Solution team within Global Payment builds payment and monetization capabilities for livestreaming businesses across TikTok and other ByteDance platforms. The team owns end-to-end payment solutions for live scenarios, including viewer payment journeys, wallet and top-up experiences, gifting, creator settlement, refunds, and related compliance and risk control flows. By combining strong product thinking with deep knowledge of payments, operations, and regional market dynamics, the team enables safe, seamless, and scalable monetization experiences for creators, users, and business partners worldwide. Responsibilities: - Act as the end-to-end owner of payment solutions for livestreaming, driving strategy, product definition, launch, and iteration across core monetization scenarios. - Partner with TikTok LIVE regional teams, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders to deeply understand user needs, creator monetization models, and market-specific opportunities. - Design scalable and compliant payment products that support live business flows such as gifting, wallet, top-up, settlement, refunds, and other related money movement scenarios. - Work closely with engineering, risk control, finance, data, and regional operations teams to deliver solutions that meet business goals and market requirements. - Drive continuous improvements in payment experience and operational efficiency, optimizing key metrics such as payment success rate, conversion, monetization efficiency, and user trust. - Identify new opportunities in the global livestreaming payment ecosystem, and shape product direction through market analysis, user feedback, and performance data. - This role will be based onsite at our office and will require a 5-day onsite work arrangement.

Minimum Qualification(s): - Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Technology, Business, or another relevant field. - Experience in product management, payment solutions, fintech, or livestreaming / digital platform businesses. - Proven experience in end-to-end product management, including problem discovery, roadmap planning, requirement definition, execution, launch, and iteration. - Strong understanding of payment systems, compliance, risk control, and user experience design in consumer-facing products. - Strong ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. - Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and excellent communication and project management skills. Preferred Qualification(s): - 5 years of relevant experience is preferred. - Familiar with livestreaming, creator economy, digital content, gaming, or other online monetization scenarios. - Familiar with global payment landscape, cross-border fund flows, and regional market dynamics. - Experience in global or regional roles in product management, payment solutions, fintech, or livestreaming / digital platform businesses.
