In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business use cases. This role will be based onsite at our office and will require a 5-day onsite work arrangement. Key Responsibilities: - Own the overall strategy and roadmap for our Cashloan or BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) products, defining the mid-to-long-term product direction and growth targets, and driving execution across cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business. - Break down market trends, customer behavior, and operational data from a commercial perspective to identify opportunities for scalable growth and monetization, translating them into clear product decisions and priorities. - Develop a deep understanding of how credit risk management works, and collaborate effectively with risk, treasury/funding, and business teams to make sound trade-offs across risk, cost, growth, and user experience, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the product. - Lead the solution design and integration with payment and funding partners, ensuring a seamless user experience, robust transaction flows, and adherence to regulatory standards across markets. - Take end-to-end ownership of the full lifecycle of our Cashloan or BNPL products, from product definition and launch through to operational optimization, owning the core business outcomes. - Partner with the analytics team to build the operational analytics framework, KPIs, and core dashboards that drive continuous iteration and optimization of the product and business. - Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, proactively feeding insights into the product strategy.
职位要求
Minimum Qualification(s) - Bachelor's degree or above. - 5+ years of experience in product management, with a background in payments, BNPL, cash loan, or internet/consumer finance. - Proven track record as a successful Product Owner / Product Lead, having driven a product from 0 to 1 or through significant scale. - Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of lending operations and risk management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business, risk, and treasury/funding teams. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-functional influencing skills, with the ability to align stakeholders and drive execution in a complex organization. - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering business results. Preferred Qualification(s) - Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. - Experience leading products with more than 10 million users
