Responsibilities - Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs, and statutory reporting in Thailand market; - Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy; - Support payroll and benefits processes in accordance with new policies or changes in laws and regulations; - Provide payroll reporting and analysis to the finance team and assist with internal and external audits; - Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to contracts and service level agreements (SLAs); - Develop relationships with authorities, including social security, tax, and others; - Partner and work collaboratively with HR business partners and the HR operations team to enhance the employee experience.
职位要求
Minimum Qualification(s) - 3 years of experience in in-house payroll operation; - Hands-on, strong functional knowledge of payroll and tax knowledge in Thailand; - Proven track record in providing a high standard of payroll verification and checking skills; - Experience in legal and compliance audits in payroll, such as income taxes, statutory social securities; - Strong influence and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualification(s) - Experience managing Thai payroll; - Bachelor's degree or above; - Vendor management and project management skills; - Experience in payroll system implementation; - Highly proficient and excellent communication skills.
