岗位职责
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business use cases. - Responsible for the operational management of international credit payment (BNPL), including but not limited to e-Commerce industry partnerships, seller collaborations, creator/MCN collaborations, and efficient implementation of effective solutions to ensure the successful execution of the overall project. Responsible for the growth of BNPL GMV and budgeted amount. - Independently analyze and monitor the operational performance of the assigned project. Based on conversion rates, user profiles, and other relevant data from various channels, propose product iteration improvement plans and optimize strategies for successful implementation. - Continuously introduce advantageous collaborations and budgets with influencers, merchants, and brands based on industry and category trends. Enhance the output effectiveness of collaborative projects and establish benchmark cases/methodologies. This role will be based onsite at our office and will require a 5-day onsite work arrangement.

Minimum Qualification(s): - Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in merchant operations and influencer operations in the credit payment or e-Commerce industry. - Possess strong coordination and planning skills; enjoy communication, coordination, and negotiation; have a strong sense of responsibility and excellent execution abilities. - Entrepreneurial mindset, skilled in breaking the ice and establishing good relationships with partners. Preferred Qualification(s): - Knowledge of data analysis skills, capable of identifying and solving problems through the induction and analysis of various operational data. - User Growth-driven mindset.
