岗位职责
About Team: PICO system prototyping team’s mission is to incubate the next generation XR products including MR headsets, AR glasses and more smart wearables. Based on ByteDance group’s vision, the team independently comes up with product vision, roadmap, definition, architecture as well as initial designs including experience, structural, electrical, firmware as well as software. The startup style team has always been working on system-level missions that are tremendously commercially valuable yet seem technically impossible, therefore, we are also called the IMF. Responsibilities - Build and productionize recommendation models (collaborative filtering, content-based, hybrid, deep learning approaches). - Design ranking and retrieval pipelines for low-latency, high-scale serving. - Partner with product, data science, and engineering to define personalization strategy. - Run offline/online experiments (A/B tests) and iterate using metrics such as CTR, retention, and revenue lift. - Improve data pipelines, feature stores, and model monitoring for reliability and model quality. - Contribute to MLOps practices including CI/CD, model versioning, and observability.
职位要求
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, recommendation systems, or ranking. - Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch or TensorFlow). - Experience with large-scale data tools (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow, SQL). - Hands-on experience deploying ML models to production. - Solid understanding of relevance/ranking metrics and experimentation methodology. - Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications - PhD in Computer Science. - Experience with Mobile Development. - Experience with real-time personalization and feature stores.
