Team Introduction: CapCut is an all-in-one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. In addition to its basic features, such as video editing, text, stickers, filters, colors and music, CapCut offers free advanced features, including keyframe animation, smooth slow-motion effects, chroma key, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), and stabilization to help you capture and snip moments. CapCut Template is a feature that allows users to create videos quickly and easily by applying pre-designed editing formats. Users simply insert their own media to generate a customized final video. These templates serve different types of users: - Content creators who professionally use social platforms and rely on templates to scale production and engage with trends. - Professional videomakers, editors, and small businesses looking for practical, high-quality solutions for promotion and communication. - Casual social media users who want to participate in trends or create fun videos without needing editing skills. About the Role Responsible for building the AI content ecosystem for CapCut in the Latin American market, driving user growth and content consumption by identifying AI content trends, devising innovative campaign mechanics, operating the creator ecosystem, and promoting the supply of high-quality AI content, to build a leading AI creation community. Responsibilities: - Execute the full lifecycle of AI template content — from inspiration mining, ideation, and hands-on template creation to publishing and trend amplification. Research and translate AI trends on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms into actionable, viral-ready templates. - Experiment with AI-generated visuals, music, and editing effects to enhance templates, ensuring alignment with platform trends, audience behavior and localized perspective. - Work directly with CapCut creators to guide them on creating AI templates, provide content references and sample templates, and support community activities through workshops, content guidelines, scalable incentive policy and community programs focused on AI-driven creation. - Share insights and best practices with creators, helping them adopt AI tools and improve content quality while maintaining originality and engagement. - Collaborate with product, effect, and marketing teams to test, refine, and optimize AI features, participating in pre-launch testing and providing feedback to improve usability and creative impact. - Support go-to-market activations, producing creative examples, guiding template usage, and connecting AI content innovation with broader community and internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in any field; majors in digital media, communication, film production, or visual design preferred. - 3 years of experience in content operations, creative strategy, or product marketing, ideally within short-form video platforms or creative tech. - Familiarity with AI creative tools for video, image, and audio generation. - Strong analytical ability and comfort with data-driven decision-making. - Fluent in English, with experience collaborating in distributed or remote teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Hands-on experience running personal or brand social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) — with proven organic traffic and follower growth. - Deep enthusiasm for AI effects, filters, and generative media trends, and the ability to translate them into mainstream content. - A structured, strategic thinker with strong execution capability and passion for fast-moving creative ecosystems.
