チーム紹介 About the team 本ポジションは、日本市場におけるLarkのブランドの構築・向上、カスタマーサクセスの支援、ならびに社内業務の効率化に貢献する重要な役割です。全社のビジネス戦略に基づき、ブランド認知度の向上およびビジネス成長を目的とした効果的なマーケティング施策の立案・実行を行います。 また、商業チームと連携しながら、部門横断型のプロジェクトを推進し、インパクトのあるマーケティングイベントを企画・実施します。さらに、日常業務のサポートに加えて、ローカルの日本チームと中国チームの架け橋としても機能し、スムーズなコミュニケーションを図りながら、顧客との関係を深め、継続的な影響力と業績向上に貢献します。 This role is responsible for shaping and promoting Lark’s brand image, supporting customer success initiatives, and driving internal operational efficiency in the Japan market. Aligned with overall business strategy, it formulates and executes effective marketing plans and activities to enhance brand awareness and accelerate business growth. Working closely with the commercial team, this position leads cross-functional projects, organizes high-impact marketing events, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. It also serves as a vital bridge between the Japan and China teams, facilitating seamless communication, deepening customer engagement, and consistently driving influence and performance improvements. 職務内容 Responsibilities: * 日本市場向けのコンテンツ・マーケティング施策の企画／運営 * ブランド認知向上および事業成長に向けた施策推進 * 公式サイトの更新、導入事例・ソリューションページ等の企画制作 * SNS／公式アカウントの運用による認知拡大・顧客接点強化 * 展示会、顧客イベント、業界イベント等の企画／実行 * Sales、CSM、関連部門と連携した顧客事例の発掘・活用 * 重点業界や顧客ニーズに応じた営業支援施策の企画 - Lead content and event marketing strategies for the Japan market to drive brand awareness and sustainable business growth - Maintain and optimize official website content, ensuring high-quality presentation of customer case studies, solution pages, and press releases - Strategize and manage social media presence and official accounts to amplify brand visibility and foster community engagement - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events, ranging from large-scale exhibitions and industry forums to high-touch executive roundtables - Partner with Sales, CSM, and cross-functional teams to identify and transform customer success stories into compelling marketing assets - Support and accelerate the sales pipeline by designing tailored marketing programs and content aligned with key industries and specific client needs
职位要求
必要な資格 Minimum Qualification： * 学士号以上 * 日本市場におけるToB／SaaS／法人向けサービスのマーケティング経験3年以上 * コンテンツ運営、イベント運営、または顧客マーケティングの実務経験 * プロジェクトマネジメント力、部門横断での協業力 * 日本語および中国語（北京語）で、社内外の関係者と円滑かつ正確なコミュニケーションが取れる方 - Bachelor’s degree or above - At least 3years of marketing experience in the Japan market, specifically within B2B SaaS or Enterprise Services - Solid understanding of Japanese business practices and local market dynamics - Proven experience in content marketing, event marketing, or customer marketing - Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment - Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin to facilitate clear and accurate communication with Japanese and Mandarin-speaking internal stakeholders and external clients. 歓迎条件 Preferred Qualifications: * SaaS、クラウド、業務ソフトウェア、DX関連企業での経験 * Webサイト運営、導入事例作成、SNS運用の経験 * 施策実行とコンテンツ制作の両面を担える方 * Sales／CSM連携を通じて顧客価値を施策に落とし込める方 - Prior experience in high-growth SaaS, Cloud, or Digital Transformation (DX) sectors - Hands-on experience in CMS management, social media growth, and storytelling through customer success cases - A strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer value into compelling marketing narratives
