岗位职责
The Office Intelligence team aims to deliver advanced product solutions in the Corporate Service Management domain for better management efficiency and user experience of staff services. We build intelligent decision-making platforms for business owners and build efficient & comfortable office lifestyles for employees. We also encourage creative ideas and lots of innovative products are grown from our daily work. Job Responsibilities - Responsible for the server-side project development of ByteDance's enterprise solution products, delivering highly available, high-performance, and highly scalable business products through high-quality design and coding; - Responsible for participating in the construction of backend infrastructure, undertaking work related to new technology research and tackling difficult technical problems; - Responsible for exploring tools and processes to improve team efficiency, deeply involved in the team's technical construction, and enhancing the team's technical atmosphere; - Continuously contribute at all stages of the product delivery cycle, including but not limited to requirement communication/ system design/ testing communication and support/ monitoring and operation of online systems/ project management, etc.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above, a major in computer science or related fields is preferred. - Familiar with Java or Golang related technology stack; familiar with JVM / Golang pprof related tuning methods, can quickly locate service problems; - Familiar with distributed system design patterns, and skilled in using message queues, distributed storage, cache, lock, and other technologies to build efficient, robust systems; - Familiar with operating systems, computer networks, information security, and capable of using common data structures and algorithms to solve problems; - Familiar with MySQL and mainstream NoSQL databases, with related usage and optimization experiences, able to analyze and solve related problems independently; - Familiar with at least one scripting language, able to independently troubleshoot / solve problems on Linux; - Strong self-learning ability, follows the progression of server-side technologies, continuously updating professional skills; - Good execution, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading the development of medium and large projects. - Proficiency in English is a must. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiarity with AI / ML and being able to apply them to business domain.
