About the Team The HR Operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities - Own the monthly payroll operations delivery for assigned countries/regions, ensuring all upstream payroll-related data preparation, validation, approval, and execution processes are completed accurately, timely, and smoothly. - Understand and manage payroll data logic, operational workflows, and governance requirements across different countries - Analyze recurring issues, operational cases, and data patterns in day-to-day payroll operations - Partner closely with HR Tech and other cross-functional teams to improve system integration, data connectivity, and automation

Minimum Qualification(s)
- English can be used as the working language, and be flexible for cross-border business trips and work across time zones;
- Have the ability to learn new stuff fast, have self-learning awareness, and have a positive work attitude;
- Have good logical thinking ability, analysis and problem solving ability;
- Be able to work with a sense of urgency, be able to deal with the needs of multiple parties, and have the ability to plan and deal with priorities;
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data processing. Preferred Qualification(s)
- Advantageous to have 5 years of work experience related to payroll operation, and SSC work experience is preferred;
- Having the ability to use macros, Python and other related applications in data processing to improve efficiency is preferred;
- Be willing to further extend the work scope in global payroll (especially in non-Chinese Mainland regions).
