岗位职责
- 撰写并编辑清晰、以用户为中心的内容，包括用户界面流程、培训资料及新功能公告；
- 与产品、设计、工程师、运营及本地化团队密切合作，设定整体用户体验的高标准；
- 与目标市场的合作方按照优先级共同推进项目；
- 发起并管理内容审核，识别机会并推动产品内容的一致性，为我们的内容标准做出贡献，成为最佳实践的倡导者；
- 平衡业务与客户需求，确保功能开发的合理性，评估应用程序和体验的视觉风格、界面和交互流程；
- 综合内部和外部反馈，在快节奏的环境中，完成高质量的内容设计工作。
- Write and edit clear, user-focused content across UI flows, educational materials, and new feature announcements;
- Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, engineers, ops, legal, and localization to set a high bar for the overall user experience;
- Manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders across the target market;
- Lead content audits to identify opportunities and drive consistency across the product. Contribute to our content standards and be a champion for best practices;
- Understand how to balance business requirements and customer needs in building features. Ability to critique the visual style, interface, and interaction flow of applications and experiences;
- Synthesize internal and external feedback. Complete high-quality work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
职位要求
- 优秀的英文写作与口语沟通能力；
- 3年以上内容设计、UX 写作或技术写作经验，作品集扎实，涵盖面向技术或AI场景的多类内容交付物：界面文案、微文案、技术文档、帮助中心、风格指南及复杂功能的教育内容；擅长将晦涩技术概念转译为清晰、友好的文字，并有实际经验；
- 具备为开发者工具、API或产品的AI功能（如提示词、对话式界面、内置AI助手等）撰写内容的经历；
- 具备与产品经理、设计师、研发及本地化团队的合作经验；具备创业心态，能积极主动地应对敏捷迭代和不理想的情况，致力于打造用户导向的设计体验；
- 能在快节奏环境中管理多个项目，并在需求变更时保持专注。 加分项：
- 有国际化产品的全球团队协作经验；
- 会使用Figma;
- 掌握生成式AI工具（如ChatGPT、Google Gemini、Cursor）并将其融入内容设计流程；
- 熟悉AI智能体与工作流自动化工具（如n8n、Coze），掌握标记/样式语言（如HTML、CSS、Markdown）及脚本语言（如JavaScript、Python）。 Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills;
- 3+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or technical writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on technical, developer-focused, or AI-driven products, including samples of UI/UX copy, microcopy, technical documentation, help center articles, style guides, and educational content for complex features; Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly copy;
- Demonstrated experience writing for developer tools, APIs, or AI-powered features (e.g., prompts, conversational UI, in-product AI assistants, model explanations);
- Experience collaborating with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Localization teams；Entrepreneurial attitude, ability to deal with rapid changes and situations that are not ideal;
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused when faced with changing requirements. Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working on a global product with international partners;
- Experience using Figma;
- Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Cursor) to augment your content design workflow;
- Familiarity with workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Coze), markup/styling (e.g., HTML, CSS, Markdown), and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
