岗位职责
Job Description Work directly with enterprise customers to identify AI opportunities, design solutions, and lead technical delivery. Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams from discovery and technical pre-sales through implementation, deployment, and customer adoption. Key Responsibilities ● Lead customer discovery workshops to understand business objectives, technical requirements, and data readiness. ● Design AI solutions covering models, data pipelines, enterprise integrations, security, scalability, and cost. ● Support technical pre-sales through presentations, demonstrations, solution proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and cost estimates. ● Lead proofs of concept with agreed scope, timelines, success criteria, and measurable business outcomes. ● Own technical delivery through implementation planning, integration, testing, production deployment, and customer acceptance. ● Coordinate customer and internal teams, manage technical risks and dependencies, and complete documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover.
职位要求
● At least 6 years of relevant technical experience. ● Experience designing and delivering AI solutions, including experience taking an enterprise customer solution into production. ● Proven experience engaging external enterprise customers in solution architecture, technical consulting, or technical pre-sales. ● Practical knowledge of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt design, model evaluation, agent architectures, and AI security. ● Proficiency in API integration, with experience on at least one major cloud platform. ● Strong presentation, stakeholder management, and delivery coordination skills; able to communicate with executives and technical teams. ● Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience. ● Proficient in English and Mandarin.
