About the Role This role reports directly to the Financial Controller and is part of Anext Bank’s Finance team. This role supports the Financial Controller in all aspects of Finance related matters, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial information to internal and external stakeholders. The role seeks to support business through timely performance reviews and assessment of P&L drivers to drive results and growth for Anext Bank. Job Responsibilities Financial Accounting, Reporting and Control ● Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting to management ● Liaise with outsourced service providers on reporting matters, and managing queries from Group Finance ● Perform required month end balance sheet substantiation and reconciliations (bank and intercompany), support payment activities ● Coordinate the year-end financial statement audit, including managing external auditor queries and preparation of the year-end financial statements ● Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements to relevant regulatory authorities (MAS, ACRA, IRAS) ● Provide accounting advice to business, as well as accounting treatment for new products ● Perform testing for new system implementations, work with various teams to implement new processes and controls Business Finance and Partnering ● Translate business strategy into P&L targets for business and challenge assumptions applied with data ● Partner with assigned business teams to drive performance through financial and pricing analysis, planning and decision support ● Provide financial insights, assess product ROI viability, analyse channel performance and recommendations to support strategic decisions and investments ● Prepare management packs, KPI dashboards and executive-level presentations Ad-hoc ● Drive automation initiatives for more accurate and timely reporting to both external and internal stakeholders ● Other ad hoc requests and projects as required
职位要求
● Must be CPA or ACCA certified ● Min 8 years banking experience, preferably in a wholesale bank and/or have experience auditing financial institutions ● Good understanding of banking products ● Driven, independent, hands-on and result-oriented person, with ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines ● Strong in process re-engineering and data management ● Clear and structured communication skills, with an ability to distil important messages for sharing with other departments and senior leadership ● Able to manage mandarin speaking stakeholders, good verbal and written communication skills
