岗位职责
About the Role The ideal candidate shall be competent in risk-proportionate decision-making and recommendation. You will undertake transaction monitoring investigations and transaction screening alert review, determines whether available facts provide reasonable grounds for suspicions and make the appropriate recommendation to the account. This role also provides guidance to the outsourced vendor TM team, with a focus on investigation quality, escalation standards, backlog management and continuous control improvement. Job Responsibilities ● Review and investigate transaction monitoring alerts and escalations in line with the bank’s TM SOP and the Bank’s risk appetite. ● Recommend alert and case disposition and potential suspicious transaction reporting. ● Provide training and guidance to the outsourced vendor team and follow-up on agreed quality and delivery actions. ● Perform timely review and disposition of live transaction screening alerts in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. ● Escalate potential true matches or higher-risk alerts promptly, and maintain clear documentation of assessment rationale, decisions and follow-up actions. ● Monitor and prepare correspondence bank-related queries, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. ● Maintain clear, timely case records and support audit, QA, management reporting and process-improvement requests. ● Support audits, compliance testing and regulatory reviews by providing timely, accurate and well-supported information. ● Participate in AI-related and other initiatives related to the TM process as required. ● Perform any other TM BAU duties as required.
职位要求
● Minimum 6 years of relevant AML/CFT experience, including hands on experience in transaction monitoring investigations and suspicious transaction reporting, preferably in digital banking or SME or Corporate Banking industry. ● Good understanding of applicable Singapore MAS AML/CFT Notices and Guidelines and suspicious transaction reporting requirements. ● Hands-on experience TM and screening alert handling and case investigation.Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate matters clearly; proficient in English and Chinese. ● Accountable team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders. ● Strong prioritisation skills with the ability to manage workload and ensure timely delivery of commitments. ● Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight timelines. ● Exposure to AI-enabled or technology-enabled investigation processes will be advantageous.
