岗位职责
• Provide expert advice, review and approve online and offline Point of Sale Materials, website content, social media posts, promotional articles, marketing campaigns and events to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, wide best practices. • Support the development and implementation of compliance strategies and frameworks globally to address legal and regulatory requirements for global marketing initiatives and the Alipay+ payment network to promote the awareness, adoption, and utilization of Alipay+ wallets and payment channels globally. • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, Business Development, and regional teams, to align Alipay+ network, wallet and partnership growth efforts with business goals globally across the Alipay+ network. • Work with local partners, merchants, and influencers to create joint marketing initiatives that drive wallet adoption. Collaborate with local agencies or vendors to ensure the effective implementation of marketing campaigns and materials with Business where necessary. • Conduct compliance risk assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization for all marketing related and Alipay+ network activities. • Develop and implement risk mitigation plans and strategies to address identified compliance risks. • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, industry standards and emerging market trends related to marketing and regulatory compliance. • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management, highlighting key compliance issues and recommendations for action to mitigate legal and regulatory risks in global marketing initiatives. • Provide training and guidance to business development, marketing and other functional stakeholders on legal and compliance related guidelines and processes for the GMAC. • Support and contribute to the development and use of AI Reg Tech with clear accurate legal and regulatory guidance to streamline and improve processes to expedite the launch of marketing initiatives. • Enjoy cutting edge training and development curriculum in the AI environment to support personal growth and career enhancing technologies. • To participate in Advisory Projects to ensure end to end engagement for Compliance advisory success • Projects may be in various areas of business e.g. Payments or Non Payments subject to Business needs • Collaborate with legal, risk management, and other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to compliance. • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support on compliance matters. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including advisory reports, training sessions, and risk assessments. • Ensure proper documentation of compliance decisions and actions taken.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, Risk, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification is a plus. • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in compliance, legal, consultancy or regulatory roles, with a strong understanding of compliance requirements and best practices. • Knowledge: -In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards on payments, intellectual property or marketing -Familiarity with risk management and compliance frameworks. • Skills: -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to interpret complex regulations and provide clear, practical advice. - Excellent dynamic presentation and powerpoint development skills -Proficiency in using compliance management software and tools. • Attributes: -High ethical standards and integrity. -Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. -Proactive and resourceful in identifying and addressing compliance issues. • Strong background in the payment industry and familiarity with SEA markets. • Solid understanding of mobile wallets, payment solutions, and the fintech landscape. In-depth knowledge of the payment industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviors in globally, including but not limited to SEA and China.• Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make data-backed recommendations. • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese. Traditional Chinese may also be beneficial but not necessary a must • Ability to work under pressure, in an extremely fast-paced environment to meet deadlinesWorking Conditions: • Environment: Office-based, fast paced and dynamic environment.
