岗位职责
- Strategic Partnership Management Build and maintain deep relationships with merchants' marketing, growth, and C-level management teams. Establish long-term trust and become the merchants' trusted AI transformation advisor.
- Drive Merchant Growth Through Marketing initiatives or AI-Powered Solutions Identify marketing collaboration opportunities with key merchants. Leverage Antom's marketing resources and Agentic Commerce Hub to initiate collaborative proposals, negotiate win-win resource exchanges from merchant and payment channel sides, and implement campaigns that drive measurable payment growth.
- AI Industry Insight & Trend Analysis Maintain deep expertise in AI industry developments, agentic commerce trends, LLM evolution, and competitive landscape. Translate market intelligence into actionable partnership strategies. Understand how AI reshapes e-commerce, O2O, and digital entertainment ecosystems to identify white-space opportunities.
- Merchant Needs Analysis Deep-dive into merchant pain points through communication and business reviews. Translate merchant feedback into clear product requirements.
- Cross-Functional Product & Tech Collaboration Collaborate with internal product teams to adapt AI-powered solutions to solve specific merchant challenges, driving product upgrades and transformations. Lead end-to-end project delivery from requirements definition to launch.
- GEO Strategy Have understanding of Generative Engine Optimization strategies. Understand how generative AI reshapes merchant discovery and decision-making, and advise merchant partners on GEO best practices to improve their discoverability in the AI era.

- Strong communication skills, Fluent in English.
- 5-8+ years of relevant experience in partnership management, business development, merchant operations, or growth marketing within internet, e-commerce, or leading technology companies.
- AI industry knowledge and passion: strong understanding of LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, AI personalization, and automation trends. Ability to articulate AI value propositions to non-technical stakeholders and translate AI trends into concrete business opportunities. Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms is a strong plus.
- GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) understanding and execution experience: familiar with how AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot) crawl, rank, and surface content. Proven ability to design and implement GEO strategies including structured data optimization, authoritative content creation, brand citation management, and AI-friendly content architecture. Ability to analyze and track brand visibility metrics across generative AI platforms and iterate strategies based on performance data.
- Proven track record of driving product-led partnerships: experience working with product and engineering teams to adapt internal solutions for partner/merchant needs. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
- Execution excellence and goal orientation: self-starter who operates independently in ambiguous environments. Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
