岗位职责
- Commission Policy Design & Optimization ● Lead the design, financial modeling, and implementation of sales commission policies. Ensure alignment with corporate strategy and sales objectives to establish highly effective incentive mechanisms. ● Conduct regular reviews of commission policy effectiveness (e.g., incentive impact and ROI), and provide management with data-driven recommendations for policy refinement
- Commission Calculation & Operations Management ● Own the end-to-end monthly/quarterly commission calculation process for the sales team, ensuring data accuracy, logical clarity, and full traceability ● Continuously optimize commission management workflows to enhance automation and overall operational efficiency
- Sales Data Analysis & Business Support ● Perform in-depth analysis of sales team performance and incentive effectiveness ● Build and maintain dashboards related to sales performance and commission analytics, delivering actionable reports and business insights to stakeholders ● Identify opportunities for improvement in sales performance management, enabling the sales team to optimize resource allocation and target planning
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Development ● Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of commission policies and system workflows. ● Conduct regular reviews of commission policy effectiveness (e.g., incentive impact and ROI), and provide management with data-driven recommendations for policy refinement
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields are preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience. Candidates with the following backgrounds are highly preferred: ● Experience in the Payment / FinTech industry. ● Deep expertise in Sales Operations, Commission Management, or Sales Performance Analysis.
- Exceptional logical thinking and business acumen, coupled with high data sensitivity. Must possess a strong sense of ownership and the proven ability to drive complex projects independently.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English as working languages. Proficiency in using Excel, SQL, and Power BI for data processing and dashboard development is a strong plus.
