岗位职责
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Capital Markets Senior Specialist to help shape how Ant International communicates its strategy, business performance and long-term value proposition to the global capital markets. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive the company's capital markets readiness, deepen engagement with shareholders, investors and analysts, and translate external market perspectives into actionable insights for the business. What You’ll Do ꔷ Develop a deep understanding of Ant International’s strategy, business model, products and financial performance, and translate them into a clear, compelling and differentiated capital markets narrative. ꔷ Shape the company’s equity story, key messages and investor materials, and lead ongoing market education to strengthen external understanding of the company and its long-term value creation potential. ꔷ Build and maintain trusted relationships with shareholders, institutional investors, research analysts and other capital markets stakeholders. ꔷ Conduct strategic and financial analysis on business performance, competitive positioning, industry trends and capital markets developments to support key management decisions. ꔷ Partner with Finance, Strategy, Communications, Legal, Business and other cross-functional teams on capital markets-related initiatives and corporate projects. ꔷ Support the company’s readiness and execution for potential future capital markets transactions and other strategic initiatives.
职位要求
ꔷ At least 6 years of relevant experience in capital markets or a related role at a leading financial institution or global technology company. ꔷ Strong understanding of capital markets, investor decision-making, valuation frameworks and public company communications. ꔷ Experience covering or working within fintech, payments, financial services, technology or internet sectors is strongly preferred. ꔷ Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to connect financial performance, business strategy and market dynamics into clear and actionable insights. ꔷ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders. ꔷ Highly self-motivated, intellectually curious and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving and globally distributed environment. ꔷ Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timelines. ꔷ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence, align and collaborate across teams without relying on formal authority.
