岗位职责
- Business partner role: to work closely with Antom BD team to address their business goal, initiatives and deliver business results, including but not limited to pricing, market & industry research, operation improvement, ROI evaluation, project modeling, contract review, risk management and special case handling.
- Business analysis role: Provide high-quality financial analysis and commentary for monthly and quarterly performance review and rolling forecasts by merchant, to support senior management making decisions on key business development opportunities and BD business performance / achievement rate tracking.
- Support budgeting and performance appraisal process: work closely with business team, billing team, FPA, reporting and FOC for financial planning, budgeting and operation matters across all operation regions.
- Leverage AI tools to achieve that monthly/quarterly management report, monthly rolling forecast, annual budget/planning can be automatically generated.
- Support any other ad-hoc projects.
职位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field or equivalent required.
- Over 5 years’ working experience in finance or relevant analytical field.
- Be comfortable with large volumes of complex data and presenting findings to management. Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
- Demonstrated ability to translate strong technical capabilities into commercial judgement, and to work independently and self-motivated in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment where new business initiatives are frequently introduced.
- Knowledge of e-payment, e-commerce and financial services is a plus.
- Curiosity in continuous learning, and strong inter-person skills with the ability to interact with multi-functional teams to drive the discussion, alignment and actions.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
