岗位职责
Join an innovative digital banking platform as the Premium Financing Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Wealth Management and Insurance, you will drive the development of insurance business, leveraging market expertise, provide expert client insurance solution, and play a key role in premium financing and keep a close relationship with insurance partners. Principal Responsibilities Act as a business lead to carry on the insurance regulated activities and to ensure adequate and effective policies, controls and procedures are in place for the purpose of compliance with the Insurance Ordinance and other applicable regulatory requirements Manage insurance partners and brokers to achieve partnership sales target through distribution models Work closely with partners to utilize the premium financing pipelines Responsible for the P&L of insurance business, formulate & implement the sales strategies and sales channel to achieve the business objectives Identify the needs and demands of respective partners to unleash business potential and penetrate the business share Support business operations including but not limited to development, review and monitoring of standard operation procedures for the portfolio Develop and drive the annual business plan based on the business dynamics Build relationship with the internal & external stakeholders including the cross-functional teams and departments Provide regular MIS reports to management and regulators
职位要求
Bachelor degree or above in business related disciplines Passes all relevant papers if Insurance Intermediaries Quality Examination 4 or above years of experience in insurance sales management and business development Highly developed strategic and analytical thinking, influencing skills and the ability to devise sales initiatives and plans in maximizing customer income Strong stakeholder management, sales and customer orientation with good communication, interpersonal skills High level of business acumen, self-motivated and agile enough to overcome challenges
