岗位职责
We are seeking a dedicated Payment Collection Operations Associate to support our Global Payment Collection Operations Team. This role operates on UK working hours (night shift) and plays a critical part in ensuring seamless global payment and collection operations. Key Responsibilities: • Daily Operations Management: Handle daily payment and collection queries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high service quality standards. • Transaction Monitoring & Risk Management: Monitor payment and collection transactions, identify potential risks, investigate abnormal transactions and risk control. • SLA Assurance: Ensure service level agreements are met consistently while maintaining operational excellence. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business partners and cross-functional teams to understand client’s needs and streamline operational processes. • Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency, automation, and client experience through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. • Ad-hoc Projects: Support other business initiatives and special projects as required.
职位要求
• One or two years of relevant work experience in working cash management in international banks, financial institutions or fintech industry. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Willing to work for UK working hours(4pm – 1am). • Good understanding of major global clearing and settlement systems and understanding of the global compliance requirements • Familiarity with cross-border business, payment and settlement is preferred. • Have a collaborative and inquisitive mindset • Agile or open to change, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical and strategic thinking with problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills • Analytical and strategic thinking with problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in English required, Mandarin is a plus
