We are seeking an experienced Payment Collection Operations Senior Associate to support our Global Payment Collection Operations Team. This role is essential in driving operational excellence and ensuring seamless global payment and collection operations. Key Responsibilities: • Daily Operations Management: Handle daily payment and collection queries, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high service quality standards. • Transaction Monitoring & Risk Management: Monitor payment and collection transactions, identify potential risks, investigate and diagnose abnormal transactions and risk control. • SLA Assurance: Ensure service level agreements are consistently met while maintaining operational excellence. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business partners and cross-functional teams to understand client’s needs and streamline operational processes. • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, automation and client experience. • SOP Implementation: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new scenarios, regulatory requirements and product/system upgrades. • Ad-hoc Projects: Support other business initiatives and special projects as required.

Requirement: • At least three years of relevant work experience in working cash management in international banks, financial institutions or fintech industry • Good understanding of major global clearing and settlement systems and understanding of the global compliance requirements • Familiarity with cross-border business, payment, and settlement is preferred. • Have a collaborative and inquisitive mindset • Agile or open to change, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. • Analytical and strategic thinking with problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills • Analytical and strategic thinking with problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in English required, Mandarin is a plus
