岗位职责
As a Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will serve as a key data partner to Antom’s US and EU business teams. You will work closely with international stakeholders in English, translate business needs into data-driven insights, and support performance management, strategic planning, and operational decision-making across both markets. Key Responsibilities
- US & EU Business Partnership Partner directly with business and cross-functional teams in the US and EU. Communicate complex analytical findings clearly in English and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions.
- Performance Tracking & Risk Management Monitor key business and transaction-volume metrics, investigate performance deviations, and provide timely risk alerts and insights to stakeholders.
- Regulatory & Market Impact Analysis Assess the impact of regulatory changes, political developments, and macroeconomic trends on business performance in the US and EU. Develop analytical models to support medium- and long-term planning.
- Business & Operations Analysis Analyze profitability, operational efficiency, customer and market trends, and growth opportunities. Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations for international stakeholders.
- Data Product Development Define business metrics, document domain knowledge, and collaborate with data engineers to develop scalable data products, including dashboards and data warehouse tables.

- English Proficiency Excellent written and spoken English is essential. The role requires frequent communication, meetings, presentations, and business discussions with US- and EU-based stakeholders. The ability to explain data insights clearly and confidently in English is required.
- Professional Experience 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, ETL, or a related field. Experience in payments, fintech, financial services, or international business is preferred.
- Technical Skills Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation, together with advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and complex formulas. Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Analytical & Communication Skills Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling business narratives, practical recommendations, and executive-ready presentations.
- Cross-cultural Collaboration Comfortable working with global teams across different cultures and time zones. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive alignment remotely are essential.
