岗位职责
对接本地生活平台与行业协会，为中小微商户（SME）落地信贷、理财、资金管理一体化金融方案，搭建可持续的商户金融获客生态。 Partner with local-life platforms and industry associations to deliver integrated credit, wealth-management and treasury solutions to SMEs, building a sustainable merchant financial acquisition ecosystem.
- 平台生态合作｜Platform Ecosystem Partnerships：对接美团、高德及收单/点单SaaS系统商，洽谈生态合作、渠道入驻、资源置换；针对商户痛点定制信贷、理财、资金归集方案，独立完成谈判至合同落地；通过合作获取商户流量与经营数据，搭建商户金融底层体系；维护平台关系，打通产品对接、数据同步、结算分润全流程。 Engage Meituan, AutoNavi (Amap) and POS/ordering SaaS providers on ecosystem partnerships, channel onboarding and resource exchanges; tailor credit, wealth and cash-pooling solutions to merchant needs and drive negotiations to contract close; secure merchant traffic and operational data to build the merchant-finance foundation; maintain platform relationships and streamline product integration, data sync and settlement/revenue-sharing flows.
- 协会生态运营｜Association Ecosystem Operations：深耕餐饮/电商协会、中小企业商会等政企组织，搭建线下私域商户矩阵；独立操盘商户赋能沙龙、金融普惠宣讲、资源对接会等活动，覆盖邀约到跟进全流程；依托协会公信力批量触达商户，挖掘融资、理财、资金管控需求，实现规模化获客。 Deep-dive into government/industrial organizations including restaurant/e-commerce associations and SME chambers; operate offline private-domain merchant programs end-to-end, from events and salons to acquisition to follow-up; leverage association credibility to reach merchants at scale and convert financing, wealth and cash-management needs.
- 产品转化与业绩｜Product Conversion & Performance：推动信贷、理财、资金管理全品类产品转化，跟进商户全生命周期；复盘数据并持续优化策略；联动产品、风控、运营迭代方案，提升留存与复购。 Drive conversion of the full product suite across credit, wealth and capital management through the merchant lifecycle; review key metrics to refine strategy; coordinate with product, risk and operations teams to iterate and lift retention and re-purchase.
- 渠道沉淀与数据管理｜Channel Building & Data Management：建立合作、商户、业绩三大台账；挖掘增量机会，创新合作模式；定期输出周报/月报。 Maintain standardized partner, merchant, and performance logs; identify incremental opportunities and innovative partnership models; publish regular weekly/monthly reports.
职位要求
本科及以上，3至6年金融、支付、信贷渠道或商户生态拓展经验； 有美团、高德、SaaS收单/点单系统合作经验或社团资源者优先； 具备独立谈判与合同落地能力；普通话、粤语、英语可流利沟通。 Bachelor's degree or above; 3-5 years in channel BD, merchant-ecosystem development, or business association partnerships in finance/payments/credit; experience with Meituan/Amap/SaaS settlement systems or association resources preferred; independent negotiation and contracting skills; fluent Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) and English.
