岗位职责
- 负责香港线上财富管理平台的经营，重点聚焦香港证券、股票交易及财富管理类产品。
- 设计并执行全链路线上运营策略，覆盖用户获取、激活、留存与转化，推动交易规模与业务增长。
- 与产品、技术、市场团队协作，优化系统功能与客户体验，完善投资旅程设计。
- 开展市场与竞品研究，输出分析洞察，为新产品及活动上线提供支持。
- Be responsible for the overall operation of the Hong Kong online wealthmanagement platform, focusing on Hong Kong securities, stocktrading, and wealthmanagement products.
- Design and implement endtoend online operation strategies covering user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion to enhance trading volume and business growth.
- Collaborate closely with product, technology, and marketing teams to optimize system functionality, enhance the client experience, and refine the investmentjourney design.
- Conduct market and competitor research, deliver analytical insights, and support the launch of new products and marketing campaigns.
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、管理、数学或相关专业优先。
- 5年以上聚焦香港的证券、财富管理、金融科技平台相关经验，对股票与证券市场机制有深入了解。
- 以互联网平台思维驱动业务增长，对股票及证券类产品进行全链路线上化运营与用户生命周期管理。
- 具备良好的数据分析能力，能基于数据发现问题并提出解决方案。主动性强，逻辑清晰，兼具战略思维与执行力，有从0到1或从1到N建设项目经验者优先。
- 工作语言为英语，具备出色的中英文口语及写作能力。粤语熟练者优先。
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Management, Mathematics, or other related disciplines.
- At least five years of handson experience in Hong Kong’s securities, wealthmanagement, or fintechplatform operations, with a deep understanding of equity and securitiesmarket mechanisms.
- Adopt an internetplatform mindset to drive business growth; oversee endtoend digital operations for securities products, including fullcycle user management and online conversion optimization.
- Demonstrate solid dataanalytics skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions; highly selfmotivated with clear logic, strategic thinking, and strong execution. Experience in building new initiatives (0 to1) or scaling business models (1to N) will be an advantage.
- English is the primary working language; excellent bilingual (English and Chinese) verbal and written communication skills are required. Fluency in Cantonese is preferred.
