● Design and develop scalable solutions with integrations across multiple systems and services. ● Develop high-performance, low-latency, and highly reliable mission-critical applications. ● Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code. ● Conduct code and test case reviews to ensure high-quality software. ● Improve software delivery and quality through process, tooling, and automation enhancements. ● Adopt and apply modern software development practices, technologies, and industry best practices.
职位要求
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ● Minimum 2 years of experience in software development. ● Strong interest in AI engineering with hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools and building AI-powered solutions. ● Experience in the finance, payments, or banking industry is preferred. ● Proficient in Java and at least one other programming language. ● Strong knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks. ● Hands-on experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, JUnit, and web services technologies. ● Strong understanding of software engineering principles, system design, and best practices. ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills. ● Proficient in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively in a bilingual environment. ● Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
