Ant International-Business Training Expert-Malaysia

You will be responsible for leading the Malaysia training team. By identifying skill and knowledge gaps within our regional overseas sales teams, you will design targeted knowledge frameworks, build, implement, and optimize professional training and development systems. Your work is expected to drive a significant improvement in sales efficiency and have a measurable, positive impact on Malaysia business growth. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & System Development: Independently design and iteratively improve the training framework for our Malaysia business team. This includes, but is not limited to, designing differentiated learning paths for sales personnel at various stages (e.g., new hires, existing employees) across different functions, building instructor and evaluation systems, and managing multilingual knowledge repositories.
2. Training Needs Diagnosis & Solution Design: Develop talent competency models. Analyze gaps between frontline sales capabilities and business objectives across regions, identify deficiencies in product knowledge and sales skills, and design targeted learning solutions.
3. Content Development & Localization: Lead the development, adaptation, and localization of high-quality training content (e.g., product knowledge, sales techniques, compliance/risk control, career development) based on needs analysis. Ensure content effectively addresses skill gaps while being market-relevant and culturally appropriate.
4. Training Delivery & Enablement: As the owner of Malaysia training implementation, lead the team in delivering diverse training formats (workshops, live online sessions, virtual classrooms, e-learning) to local employees and ensure training effectiveness.
5. Effect Evaluation & Iteration: Establish a robust training evaluation framework (e.g., utilizing models like Kirkpatrick’s Four Levels) aligned with business efficiency goals. Continuously measure impact, analyze how training influences business metrics, and optimize programs based on data and feedback.
6. Knowledge Management: Design knowledge mapping aligned with business objectives. Proactively collaborate with global product, marketing, and sales teams to identify, refine, and institutionalize best practices. Build and maintain a globally accessible knowledge repository to ensure timely updates and effective dissemination.

1. Experience: 5+ years in sales training or learning & development. Background in cross-border payments, fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce preferred. Those with B2B Sales experience is a plus.
2. Language: Fluent spoken and written English. Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is a strong plus for seamless course development, delivery, and communication.
3. Expertise: Proficiency in end-to-end training processes (needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, evaluation). Hands-on experience with established curriculum development models is preferred.
4. Collaboration: Outstanding cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills. Ability to engage effectively with regional business leaders and diverse stakeholders to drive project execution.
5. Strategic Impact: Business-oriented problem-solving mindset. Capable of proposing targeted training solutions and influencing business outcomes. Strong self-motivation, project management, and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing teams. • Proficiency with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital training tools. • Additional language skills (e.g., Malay, etc ) beyond English/Chinese are a good advantage.
