岗位职责
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partner institutions in the Middle East region, including but not limited to banks, financial institutions, and fintech companies, while identifying opportunities to expand new partnerships. Conduct business negotiations and drive commercial collaborations, building stable, long-term trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Design end-to-end solutions for fintech credit products targeting Middle East markets, including market research, demand insights, and competitive landscape analysis. Integrate internal and external resources to design viable business models, conduct feasibility analysis, identify competitive barriers and scalable growth paths, and ultimately be responsible for business ROI and cost-benefit performance.
- Build and deliver commercialized ToB SaaS product solutions for credit businesses, including but not limited to loan account management, product configuration, decisioning and approval, disbursement, repayment, and post-loan operational management. Effectively integrate internal resources and drive cross-functional collaboration across product, IT, and delivery teams to implement and deploy solutions.
- Leverage deep understanding of Middle East market dynamics, cultural context, regulations, and local fintech ecosystems to develop localized solutions and operating models. Stay current on regulatory, privacy, compliance, and data security requirements across target markets in the region.

- Bachelor's degree or above. Majors in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields are preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in credit business, with solid hands-on experience in ToB SaaS products or solutions in financial technology companies or business consulting firms. Familiarity with credit systems, business operations, product design, risk management, payment, and financing methodologies is required.
- Proven experience working in or closely with Middle East markets, with a strong understanding of local business culture, client communication styles, and decision-making patterns. Ability to effectively navigate cultural nuances to build trust and drive project progress with clients.
- Excellent capabilities in business development, solution consulting, and enterprise client relationship management, with demonstrated ability to communicate and negotiate directly with C-level executives.
- Highly proactive with strong hands-on execution and delivery capability. Optimistic, resilient, and pragmatic; able to integrate resources, quickly identify priorities, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver results in complex business environments.
- Based in the Middle East or willing to be stationed/frequently travel to the Middle East region. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
- Continuous interest in and understanding of international fintech policies, industry developments, and market trends, particularly within the Middle East region.
