岗位职责
- Responsible for business requirement analysis, collaborating with clients and business teams to deeply understand business requirements and challenges, and transforming business requirements into technical requirements and solution requirements. Provide inclusive financial services to global customers, helping businesses to develop more healthily, quickly, and stably.
- Strong experience in data migration planning and execution, with deep expertise in data governance, data quality management, data mapping, and transformation. Familiar with large-scale data migration methodologies, data validation, and ensuring data integrity during migration processes. Ability to design robust data management frameworks and handle complex data integration across multiple systems.
- Responsible for solution design, designing a technical architecture that fulfills requirements, including software, hardware, network, and security, etc, and ensuring that the designed solution is scalable, reliable, secure, and efficient. Understand and master common architectural design, performance optimization, and high availability assurance concepts, and be able to flexibly choose appropriate technical solutions, including technology platforms, development tools, database systems, etc.
- In combination with credit business goals, collaborate with multiple parties, and work with data, model, and strategy teams to develop detailed implementation plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, risk management, etc. Deeply participate in the entire lifecycle of core function design, development, testing, and launch, monitor project progress and quality, promptly identify and solve problems, optimize solutions, perform online data analysis, functional iteration optimization, and troubleshoot difficult issues, ensuring project quality and business results.
- Provide technical support to business departments, helping them to understand and use IT solutions. Think about existing or future systems in a broad sense, planning to form a unified framework, platform, or component; track cutting-edge technologies and concepts, and use innovative thinking methods to solve technical challenges brought by business. Drive business changes through technical means, deeply dive into business potential, and expand business boundaries.

- Over 5 years of experience in development and design, with broad technical knowledge that includes, but is not limited to, cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, database management, and network architecture. Capable of designing efficient, scalable, and secure system architectures, and able to quickly identify and solve problems.
- Over 5 years of experience in the payment, credit, or financial industries, understanding business requirements and goals, and able to transform business requirements into technical solutions. Continuously learning new technologies and tools, and integrating innovative points into solutions.
- Familiar with the Middle East market landscape, business practices, and cultural nuances. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with Middle East clients and stakeholders, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Proficient in Ant Financial's technology ecosystem and platforms, including but not limited to Ant Cloud, OceanBase, Ant Design, SOFA stack, and other internal frameworks and tools commonly used within the Ant Group.
- Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with various roles of overseas clients (product research and development teams, project managers, business teams, etc.), explain technical solutions, and solve technical problems.
- Good teamwork skills, self-motivated, responsible, clear thinking, strong stress resistance, able to lead or help project team members complete work efficiently.
