岗位职责
- 持续关注资本市场动态和政策变化，结合公司的发展战略制定并实施融资战略规划，为公司融资项目决策提供数据支持和专业建议；
- 主导实施公司各类融资项目（股权融资、重组等），包括从方案设计、谈判、审批到交割落地等全流程项目执行；负责融资项目涉及的监管沟通、申报审批等事务；
- 深度跟踪全球及中国资本市场动态，研究特定行业及可比公司各类对标分析及洞察，为管理层决策提供参考；
- 着眼于集团内部更广阔的职业发展规划，包括战略规划、财务管理、公司治理等在内跨部门、多功能的综合性角色。
- Continuously monitor the dynamics and policies of capital markets, formulate and implement financing plans based on company's development strategy, and provide data support and professional advice for decision-making;
- Responsible for various financing projects (equity financing, restructuring, etc.), including scheme analysis, negotiation, internal approval, execution, and implementation; Responsible for regulatory communication, application and approval related to financing projects;
- Deeply track global and China capital market dynamics, conduct benchmarking analysis and generate insights on specific industries and comparable companies, providing reference for management decision-making;
- Initiatives with broader career development paths within the group, such as strategic planning, financial management, corporate governance, and other comprehensive roles across departments and functions.
职位要求
- 8年以上知名投资银行IBD部门工作经验，熟悉境内外各类资本运作，尤其是境外资本市场项目经验；
- 具备互联网、科技或者金融行业项目经验优先；
- 有良好的逻辑思维、分析能力、沟通协调能力及项目管理能力，较强的公文写作能力；
- 工作态度积极主动、细致严谨，保持“好奇心”，具有良好的团队协作精神。
- A minimum of 8 years working experience in IBD department with renowned investment banks, familiar with various kinds of capital market-related transactions, especially oversea deals;
- Deal experience in Internet / Technology / Fintech sectors preferred;
- Good logical thinking, analytical skills, communication and coordination skills as well as project management skills, strong ability to write official documents;
- Proactive and meticulous work attitude, maintain curiosity and good teamwork spirit.
