岗位职责
- Advise on legal aspects of Alibaba Cloud’s international expansion, key focus is on ensuring compliance and leading compliance projects as well as commercial contract and negotiation support for APAC region.
- Provide advice to business teams on legal aspects of new business models and strategies, business operations and marketing activities.
- Negotiate, draft and review contracts and commercial agreements.
- Research local laws and regulations and manage outside counsel.
- 为阿里云国际业务拓展提供法律支持，重点确保合规性并主导合规项目，同时为亚太地区商业合同及谈判提供法律支持。
- 针对新业务模式、战略规划、运营及市场活动，向业务团队提供法律建议。
- 参与谈判，起草并审核合同及商业协议。
- 研究当地法律法规，管理外部法律顾问资源。
职位要求
- Legal qualification from an international jurisdiction. PRC qualification also helpfu but not required.
- 3-5 years post-qualification experience at a law firm and/or corporation.
- Technology sector experience or technology education background would be a plus.
- Chinese language proficiency (at least the ability to hold business meetings in Chinese), strong legal drafting skills in English. Knowledge of other languages helpful but not required.
- Sincere interest in technology, innovation and business.
- Highly-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure.
- High integrity and sincere desire to collaborate with others.
- 持有国际司法辖区的法律执业资格（具备中国法律职业资格者优先，非必需）。
- 取得执业资格后，拥有3-5年律所或企业法律相关工作经验。
- 具备科技行业经验或技术教育背景者优先。
- 英文法律文件起草及谈判能力突出（掌握其他语言更佳，但非必需）。
- 对科技创新与商业发展有浓厚兴趣。
- 自驱力强，能独立高效工作并承受压力。
- 诚信正直，具备良好的团队协作意愿。
