岗位职责
- 参与阿里国际搜索重点项目的迭代开发，构建支持国际化业务的高性能、高稳定性搜索系统。
- 利用AI工具和大模型技术，优化搜索相关性、排序及个性化推荐能力，提升用户体验与业务效果。
- 横向支撑搜索整体架构演进，推动系统在可扩展性、容灾性及智能化方向的持续升级。
- 聚焦核心业务场景，结合Agent等前沿AI技术，推动AI能力在搜索领域的深度落地与规模化应用。
- 协同产品、算法与数据团队，从需求洞察到系统构建全流程参与，打造智能应用与工具，实现技术驱动业务增长的闭环。
- Participate in the iteration and development of key search projects at Alibaba International, building high-performance and highly stable search systems that support global business operations.
- Leverage AI tools and large models to optimize search relevance, ranking, and personalized recommendation capabilities, enhancing user experience and business outcomes.
- Provide cross-functional support for the evolution of the overall search architecture, driving continuous improvements in scalability, fault tolerance, and intelligence.
- Focus on core business scenarios and apply cutting-edge AI technologies such as Agents to deeply integrate and scale AI capabilities within search systems.
- Collaborate with product, algorithm, and data teams across the full lifecycle—from requirement insight to system implementation—to develop intelligent applications and tools that close the loop on technology-driven business growth.
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程或相关专业。
- 具备扎实的搜索系统架构经验，熟悉倒排索引、向量检索、分布式系统等核心技术，有大规模搜索系统研发背景者优先。
- 拥有AI工程化落地经验，熟悉大模型应用、Agent框架或RAG等技术，能将AI能力有效融入搜索链路。
- 具备优秀的沟通与跨团队协作能力，能够高效推动复杂项目落地，并对技术价值转化有清晰认知。
- 对技术驱动业务增长有强烈热情，具备系统性思维和前瞻性视野，致力于推动智能搜索的规模化演进。
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid experience in search system architecture, with familiarity in inverted indexing, vector retrieval, distributed systems, and preferably a background in building large-scale search platforms.
- Hands-on experience in AI engineering deployment, familiar with large language model applications, Agent frameworks, or RAG technologies, and capable of effectively integrating AI into search pipelines.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, able to drive complex projects to completion efficiently, with a clear understanding of technology-to-value conversion.
- Strong passion for technology-driven business growth, equipped with systematic thinking and forward-looking vision, committed to advancing the scalable evolution of intelligent search.
