岗位职责
• Manage legal and compliance matters within increasingly complex regulatory frameworks for the licensed entity in Thailand, with specific focus on lending and payment services regulations; • Support the regulatory compliance in establishing processes, and regulatory engagement (including regulatory reporting, inspections, and audits) covering regulatory licenses as mandated by the Bank of Thailand, Anti-Money Laundering Office, and other relevant regulatory bodies; • Provide legal and regulatory advisory support on payment and lending regulatory matters, including licensing requirements, product structuring, customer terms and conditions, and other business initiative document-related matters; • Support the AML team in daily operational tasks, including reviews of new customer onboarding, periodic customer reviews, enhanced due diligence (EDD), screening alerts, suspicious transactions, and other trigger-events; • Support the FCO and MLRO in process improvement projects, which includes overall program governance, control implementation, management reporting, issue management, and other dependencies; • Provide timely advisory support to stakeholders such as Business on new products and change management to effectively resolve regulatory, AML/CFT, and payment legal issues; • Monitor regulatory and legal developments affecting payment services, AML/CFT, and financial services in Thailand, and advise on business impact and required actions;
职位要求
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field, qualification to practice law in Thailand or professional qualifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma/Cert in AML, ACCA, CPA) are strongly preferred. • At least 8 years of relevant regulatory, and/or payment legal advisory experience, with solid exposure to payment services, lending, fintech or consulting firms; • Demonstrable track record in regulatory compliance matters, with practical experience advising on payment regulatory and legal issues; • Thorough understanding of Thailand’s regulatory framework and applicable AML/CFT laws, BOT regulations, and reporting requirements; • Experience reviewing and advising on lending and payment-related legal documentation; • Proficiency in both English and Thai languages essential. Both languages will be your principal work languages; • High integrity and desire to collaborate with others.
