岗位职责
- Serve as the primary point of contact for risk management issues, ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks to the organization, providing recommendations for mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures in alignment with Alibaba International's standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct risk assessments, analyze trends, and report findings to senior management.
- Monitor and review existing controls to ensure their effectiveness in managing identified risks.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices, incorporating relevant updates into risk management processes.
职位要求
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification in risk management is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management / fraud management, preferably in a multinational company or within the e-commerce industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to do complex SQL, interpret complex data and present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing decision-making at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
