As a Pricing Senior Associate for Lazada Thailand, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the data-driven Pricing operations for our Local Retail Venture. This role goes beyond managing numbers: you will be the guardian of pricing accuracy, the link between data and commercial decision-making, and a key driver of process excellence in one of Thailand’s most dynamic e-commerce environments. You will play a central role across six key pillars: Pricing Strategy & Execution | Data-Driven Innovation & Analytics | Competitive Intelligence | System Enhancement & Process Automation | Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Impact | Ad-Hoc Project Driver This is a high-impact, hands-on role, that combines analytical thinking, operational discipline, and cross-functional collaboration. You will oversee a team of three, with potential for future expansion. To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, data-driven, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving e-commerce environment. Key Pillars of the Role Pricing Strategy & Execution - Lead the execution of market-responsive Pricing strategies for our Retail BU - Support the business in balancing competitiveness, profitability and sustainable growth Data-Driven Innovation & Analytics - Analyze Pricing performance, competitor trends, and market movements to identify risks and opportunities - Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and trackers using tools such as Excel, SQL and internal analytics platforms Competitive Intelligence - Oversee all competitor intelligence tasks, including our HRO team coordination and efficiency - Maintain visibility on competitive intelligence coverage to ensure data is representative, relevant and reliable System Enhancement & Process Automation - Proactively support the enhancement and automation of Local Pricing tools, workflows and reporting processes - Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to improve system efficiency and scalability Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Impact - Partner with Commercial, Product, Operations, Data and Regional teams to make sure that our Pricing activities are well aligned with business and the platform objectives - Lead smooth communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ad-Hoc Project Driver - Support Retail initiatives beyond day-to-day Pricing operations and business-as-usual scope - Contribute or lead cross-functional projects that create measurable value and business impact - While driving user experience improvement or conducting performance diagnostics, your work will be judged by successful execution, stakeholder alignment, and visible business impact

What You Bring The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and the ambition to shape the role within our experienced Retail team. You thrive in cross-functional environments, are comfortable navigating ambiguity and are unafraid to roll up your sleeves to makes things happen. Stationed in Bangkok, you will need to demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, flexibility and adaptability while collaborating effectively with all types of Regional and Local stakeholders. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience in retail, e-commerce, tech, or other fast-moving, data-driven environments, ideally in roles related to Pricing, analytics, operations, project management, or competitive intelligence - Previous Pricing experience is welcomed but not mandatory, provided you bring strong analytical rigor, ownership, and a willingness to learn - Strong analytical and numerical skills, with high attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality - Advanced Excel proficiency, including formulas, pivot tables, data cleaning, trackers, and basic automation - SQL skills to extract, analyze, and manipulate large data sets will be a plus - Strong ownership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Experience in managing or coordinating a team is a plus, but not mandatory What Success Looks Like In your first 6-12 months, you will: - Ensure smooth and compliant execution of Local Pricing SOPs, and drive SOP improvement and adoption where necessary - Delivered accurate and timely Pricing operations, ensuring strong quality control, smooth execution, and minimal business disruption across daily updates and key commercial moments - Successfully supported major campaign periods, with well-coordinated Pricing execution under fast-changing priorities and tight timelines - Taken ownership of Local competitor intelligence activities, including operations, competitor intelligence coverage, data quality monitoring and team coordination - Utilize and improve Pricing dashboards, reports, and trackers, helping to reduce manual work, increase visibility and speed up decision-making for commercial stakeholders - Built strong trust-based relationships with Commercial, Product, Operations, Data, Regional, and Tech teams, becoming a reliable go-to partner for Pricing-related topics
