岗位职责
1/ Lead end-to-end procurement strategy and execution for key categories of Logistics and Admin within Lazada Philippines, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. 2/ Develop and manage supplier relationships mostly across local markets, driving cost efficiency (through various approaches: negotiation, price comparison, supply & business optimization, etc.), quality assurance, and on-time delivery performance. 3/ Analyze market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply risks to optimize sourcing decisions and mitigate disruptions in the supply chain. 4/ Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, logistics, and inventory planning teams to forecast demand, manage stock levels, and support promotional (campaign) activities. 5/ Drive sustainability and compliance initiatives within the procurement process, ensuring adherence to Alibaba International’s ethical sourcing standards and local regulatory requirements. 6/ Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies throughout daily works. 7/ Perform as a direct person-in-contact for local procurement team. 8/ Manage the HRO personnel budget end-to-end, including annual planning, headcount-driven forecasting, spend monitoring, variance analysis, and cost optimization to ensure workforce expenditures align with business objectives and remain within approved limits.
职位要求
1/ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; MBA or professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS) is a plus. 2/ Minimum of 8 years of procurement or supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in logistics, e-commerce, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), preferably within Philippines. 3/ Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation, and category management, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems. 4/ Fluency in English & Tagalog; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous. Strong cross-cultural communication and stakeholder management abilities. 5/ Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and influence outcomes across multiple teams and geographies. 6/ Embrace changes and adaptive to fast-pace way of working.
